Z20 is designed to deposit a light Zinc/Calcium Phosphate coating on ferrous or non-ferrous metals. It provides an excellent corrosion barrier or can be used as a base for solid film lubricants, for break-in applications and as a tenacious base for paint adhesion. It is an essential pre-treatment system for high quality powder coating applications. The coating weighs in the range of 150-600 mg/ft2 and meets Class C of 1S:3618-1966.

Z20 E is a Nickel activated heavy immersion Zinc Phosphating system. It is a single additive package that provides a uniform porous deposit. Being designed for rubber to ferrous metal bonding pretreatment it can also be used for fasteners, nuts, bolts, automotive components, pulleys, hinges, oil field equipment and other types of assemblies. Z20 E produces a high quality, tight coating; meets all automotive and military specifications with a dense coating in the range of 2000-3000 mg/ft2. It meets Class A2 of 1S:3618-1966.

Similar to Z-20, this process deposits a medium coating weight for those installations that requires both painting and oiling applications. It is a single additive make-up and maintenance with a coating weight in the range of 600 to 1200 mg/ft2. It meets Class B of 1S:3618-1966.

It is a Phosphating concentrate for accelerated hot immersion process which produces complex Zinc-Iron Phosphate coating on steel and Zinc surfaces. It is mainly used for preparing an ideal metallic surface for bonding of rubber over ferrous items such as oil seals. Coating weight of 500-1600 mg/sq.ft. It meets specification of IS 3618-1966 Class B / Class A2
